It is a small module that does a grand job – it acts as a firewall for your web applications, protecting them against hacker assaults, cross–site scripting attacks and URL request forgeries. We’ve already set up the rules for the firewall, so you don’t need to configure it before it starts to work.

And ModSecurity is enabled automatically for all your websites – as soon as they go live, they’ll be instantaneously secured. If you wish, you can manually disable ModSecurity for any of your web sites.
